Legal Notice

DDPP (Decentralized Digital Product Passport) is provided by ZincirX Bilişim Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık A.Ş., a joint-stock company (anonim şirket) established in Türkiye. This notice covers the website dppeu.cloud, including every public passport page, and the DDPP apps.

1. Contact

Messages and calls are answered by people, not by automated tools. You may write to us in English, Turkish, German or Spanish.

The address dpp@dppeu.cloud is our single point of contact under Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), both for people who use DDPP or view its pages and for the authorities of the EU Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services, in the same four languages. Questions about personal data can be sent to the same address; the Privacy Policy explains your rights.

2. Reporting illegal content

A public passport page shows a manufacturer's own record of its product; the business that published it wrote the record and uploaded its photos and documents, and DDPP hosts it.

If you believe something on a passport page, or on any other page DDPP hosts, is illegal, use the "Report this page" link on the passport page, or write to dpp@dppeu.cloud. Please include the address of the page, which content you mean and why you believe it is illegal, and a statement that you believe, in good faith, that your report is accurate and complete. Your name and email address are optional, but without an email address we cannot confirm that we received your report or tell you what we decided. A person reviews every report. The Terms of Service explain what we do next.

3. Authorisation and regulated professions

Providing DDPP is not an activity that needs an official authorisation, such as a licence. We do not carry on a regulated profession.

4. Consumer dispute resolution

Writing passports in DDPP is offered only to businesses, and reading passports is free. We have not agreed to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer dispute-resolution body. This does not limit any right that a law gives to someone it treats as a consumer.

5. Hosting

DDPP runs on servers provided by Hostinger, in Lithuania, in the European Union.
