Delete your DDPP account
You can delete your DDPP account at any time. You do not need to give a reason.
In the DDPP app
- Open the DDPP app and sign in.
- Open More.
- Choose Delete my account and confirm.
Your account is deleted at once, and the app signs you out.
Without the app
Write to dpp@dppeu.cloud from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. If your account signs in only with Apple and uses a private relay address, write from the email address you use with your Apple Account and tell us so.
What is deleted
- your name, email address and password;
- your Google and Apple sign-in links (we also revoke a Sign in with Apple authorization with Apple);
- your sign-in tokens and password reset links;
- your memberships of organizations.
Products, passports, events and files you created stay with the organization they belong to, but no longer name you.
What is kept
- the organizations you belonged to, with their products and passports, which belong to the business. If you were an organization's only owner, it stays in DDPP, and we can hand it to a person the business names;
- published passports, which stay online until the organization withdraws them;
- server logs and backups, which expire after 14 days.
