What DDPP costs
Reading a passport is free and always will be. Anyone can scan a code or open a passport page without an account, without an app and without being tracked. That is how the EU rules expect a product passport to work, and nothing here changes it.
Businesses pay for publishing. Everything before that costs nothing: describing a product, drafting a passport, filling in its data, recording production steps with photos and documents, and checking what is still missing. You do the whole job, see exactly what you have, and pay only when you publish it.
One credit, one passport
Publishing a passport costs one credit. A passport covers a batch, so a batch of five hundred jars costs the same one credit as a batch of five. Where a product group's law asks for a passport per item — batteries do — each item is its own passport.
Credits do not expire. What you buy stays until you use it.
Every new organization starts with five credits, so you can publish and see the whole thing working before you buy anything.
Prices
Businesses in Türkiye are billed in lira, everywhere else in euro. You are never shown a price converted from a currency you do not use.
Euro
- Starter — 25 credits, €125.00. €5.00 a passport.
- Growth — 100 credits, €450.00. €4.50 a passport.
- Export — 500 credits, €2,000.00. €4.00 a passport.
Türk lirası
- Starter — 25 kredi, ₺2.500. ₺100 a passport.
- Growth — 100 kredi, ₺9.000. ₺90 a passport.
- Export — 500 kredi, ₺40.000. ₺80 a passport.
Prices are without VAT. Business customers in the EU outside our own country account for VAT themselves under the reverse charge, which is why we ask for your VAT number when you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card.
What is included
Everything, at every price. There is no tier that withholds a feature:
- Unlimited products, drafts, production steps, photos and documents. - Passport pages in English, Turkish, German and Spanish, on your codes for as long as we provide DDPP. - QR codes and GS1 Digital Links, and NFC tags written from the app. - The machine-readable API, the GS1 resolver, and API clients for your own systems. - A copy of everything you have put in, whenever you ask, free of charge.
Changing or leaving
We announce a price change at least 30 days before it applies, and nothing is charged to your business without its agreement. You can end your contract at any time, take your data with you, and choose for each published passport whether it stays online or is erased. Exporting, switching and erasure are free.
